hCG + Testosterone (or other AAS) = better hormone balance · Exogenous androgens = better hCG effectiveness
Androgens suppress natural LH/FSH production, which can lead to testicular shutdown. Low-dose hCG directly stimulates Leydig cells to keep intratesticular testosterone high even while on exogenous androgens. This prevents testicular atrophy and preserves fertility markers while the external testosterone provides systemic benefits.
