The background.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a 30-amino-acid GHRH analog with a short ~30-minute half-life that produces clean pituitary-pulsed GH release. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide ghrelin/GHS-R1a agonist that selectively triggers GH release without significant cortisol or prolactin elevation. Combined in a single vial they hit both arms of the GH-releasing axis simultaneously, GHRH-driven amplitude + ghrelin-driven frequency, for a much larger natural pulse than either alone.
